And -- I did not get switched to a medication that is going to help with weight loss.
He wants me back on my meds for at least a month to see I am doing the changes of course that makes sense but when you are fat and frustrated you want instant gratification answers because that is how our society rolls.
So I have taken a huge leap of faith and am starting this thing called ideal protein which is supposed to help with weight loss. A bunch of the girls at work are doing it and I am seeing some success with them so... we will see
