day four
Day four and we are not off to a good start---fighting with someone who loves me and therefore the emotional eating comes out-- and out came the rest of the oreo cakesters and into my tummy they went. I think I am going to go back to bed for awhile and try to sleep off this emotional roller coaster I am on...more later folks.
